The application Acts of Kindness, developed by Jhon Sebastian Hernandez (“we,” “the developer”), is committed to protecting user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our mobile application.

1. Information Collection

The app is intentionally designed to operate with minimal data collection.

• Personal Data: We do not collect, store, process, or transmit personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, or identifiers.
• Location Data: The app does not request, access, or track your geographic location.
• Usage Data & Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Firebase), tracking SDKs, or behavioral monitoring systems.

2. Data Storage and Processing

All app functionality is initially executed locally on your device.

• Local Storage: Missions, challenges, progress tracking (streaks), and daily acts are processed using your device’s hardware and stored locally using Apple’s on-device storage mechanisms (SwiftData and UserDefaults).
• iCloud Backups: While we do not operate a private server, data stored on your device may be automatically backed up to your personal iCloud account if you have enabled device backups. This data is managed by Apple and is encrypted according to Apple’s privacy standards. We cannot access this data.
